摘    要:为了研究复合材料高压气瓶固有特性,针对钛内衬(TA1)/碳纤维(T1000GB)缠绕柱形复合材料气瓶进行了特性分析和应力-应变检测。总结了内衬特性和复合层特性对气瓶产生的各种影响,根据柱形气瓶环向应变和纵向应变实测数据分析了瓶体应变的变化规律和主要影响参数,找出了瓶体强度薄弱区,为结构优化和同类产品设计提供了可靠数据和理论指导。

Abstract:Based on titanium-liner/Carbon-Fiber Overwrapped cylinder Vessels, the characteristic analysis and the stress-strain test are actualized in order to study the intrinsic attribute of composite overwrapped pressure vessel (COPV).The effects of liner characteristics and composite layer characteristics on the attribute of COPV are summarized. According to Latitudinal and Longitudinal strain data of cylinder vessels, the strain attribute and chief impact parameters are analyzed, and weak spots of vessel strength are found. As a result, the reliable data and the theoretical guide are provided for optimizing structure and designing similar products.
