运载火箭电液推力矢量控制系统总体设计策略研究

摘    要:对典型运载火箭电液推力矢量控制(Thrust Vector Control,TVC)系统结构进行分析,对不同TVC系统中的共性问题进行归纳总结,并对先进技术在TVC系统中的应用前景进行分析和预测。给出了电液TVC系统总体设计时需要考虑的三条准则,提出使用结构设计选择树设计方法完成电液TVC系统的总体设计,使得整个设计过程变得更加简便、直观。最后以一型大推力液氧煤油发动机高可靠性电液TVC系统的总体设计为例,给出了基于结构选择树设计方法的电液TVC系统总体设计流程。

Abstract:The launch vehicle electro hydraulic (EH) thrust vector control (TVC) systems are analyzed. The common design problems of TVC system are summarized. The future of advanced techniques used in EH TVC system is predicted. Three important design principles of EH TVC system design are given, and the architecture design method of EH TVC system based on the selective tree to simplify the design process is proposed. At last, the architecture design process of a high reliability EH TVC system for new high thrust liquid oxygen\|kerosene rocket is given.
