层次化故障诊断系统在设备维修中的应用设计

摘    要:针对复杂电子设备系统故障检测难度大的问题,在故障树分析法定性定量分析的基础上探讨故障诊断系统的结构模型,设计辅助设备操作人员对设备故障点确定及维修的层次化故障诊断系统,以提高设备维修的准确度并且缩短维修时间,保证设备的良好运行。

Abstract:In view of the difficulty of fault detection in complex electronic equipment systems,this paper discusses the structural model of the fault diagnosis system on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree analysis,and designs the hierarchical fault diagnosis system to determine and maintain the equipment fault point by auxiliary equipment operators.The system improves the accuracy of equipment maintenance and shorten the time,and ensure the good operation of the equipment.
