通信系统无源互调抑制技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了无源互调的概念及其对通信系统的危害,梳理了无源互调的产生原因及影响因素,重点总结了近几年无源互调抑制技术的研究进展。从无源互调的抑制优化逻辑中的工艺新方法方面总结了一般的优化抑制方法,进一步还针对新兴的无源互调抑制优化中的数字域以及模拟域对消问题进行了回顾和对比。从互调生成建模、无源器件的低互调设计、互调信号数字域优化、互调信号模拟对消等方面全面综述了无源互调失真抑制和优化的方法,并展望了无源互调抑制技术的研究趋势。

Review of passive intermodulation suppression techniques in communication system

Abstract:The concept and negative effects of passive intermodulation (PIM) is described. After classifying the reason and the impact factors of PIM generation, the suppression and cancellation techniques of PIM in rescent years have been summarized. The paper not only generalizes the supperssion techniques from the perspective of manufacture, but also reviews and compares the optimization in digital domain and the cancellation in analog domain. The paper summarizes the methods to solve intermodulation distortion from the aspects of intermodulation generation modeling, low intermodulation design of passive device, intermodulation signal digital processing, intermodulation signal cancellation. At last the development trends of passive intermodulation suppression techniques are discussed.
