摘    要:采用电阻炉加热的方法对喷射沉积法制备的2618铝合金进行了二次加热实验,观察了显微组织的变化;并通过电阻炉加热、半固态挤压铸造的方法成功地试制了摩托车零件。

Abstract:In this study, 2618 aluminum alloy manufactured by spray process was heated in a heating furnace, and the microstructures were investigated. By the process of heating in a heating furnace and then squeeze-forming, one component of the motorcycle was produced successfully with the semi-solid aluminum alloy.
