气动热参数辨识原理性实验初步研究

摘    要:气动热参数辨识问题实质上是热传导逆问题,介绍了热传导逆问题原理性实验的初步情况.首先介绍了实验原理和实验装置,利用电加热器对碳钢试件加热得到了测温点上的温度变化历程,然后采用顺序函数法对表面热流进行了辨识,结果表明:考虑辐射效应后,热流辨识结果位于标称热流密度值的±15%误差带内.热流辨识结果与标称值基本吻合,既证明了热传导逆问题求解算法的可行性,也初步验证了实验装置的有效性.

Abstract:Parameter estimation of aero-thermodynamic parameters is a typical inverse heat conduction problem(IHCP).In this paper,the preliminary investigation of the principle experiment for IHCP is introduced.At first,the principle and setup of the experiment are illustrated.And when the test sample of carbon-steel is heated by the electric heater,a temperature history at the measurement point can be obtained with the thermo-couple.This history can be treated with sequential function method(SFM) to estimate the surf...
