摘要: 介绍了一种新型力值、扭矩多分量传感器,在此传感器的基础上,研究力值、扭矩两参数同步校准技术,从而实现了对拉扭疲劳试验机的系统校准,解决了以往分参数校准存在不可靠性的难题,保证了拉扭疲劳试验机各参数整体系统的准确性。
关键词: 多分量传感器, 数据采集, 同步校准
Abstract: A new type of force and torque multi component sensor is introduced,based on which,the multi parameter synchronism calibration technology is discussed to realize the system calibration of the tension-torsional fatigue testing machine,the problems of the reliability appearing in separated parameters calibratio are solved ,and the accuracy of the parameters of tension-torsional fatigue testing machine is ensured.
