    摘要:

    研究缓蚀剂对印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)在特定环境下的防护效果,对揭示缓蚀剂作用下 PCB的腐蚀规律、加强电子设备的腐蚀防护与控制工作具有重要意义。采用棚下大气暴露试验的方法,研究了 3种不同电子电气设备专用的缓蚀剂对 PCB在典型热带海洋大气环境下的防护效果。通过观察对比不同取样周期试样的表面腐蚀形貌、EDS能谱分析以及导通电阻测试结果,对不同缓蚀剂的防护性能进行排序。从宏观腐蚀形貌的角度分析,防护效果为 H2>H1,H3>无缓蚀剂;从微观腐蚀形貌和产物角度分析,H3的防腐蚀效果略优于其他 2种缓蚀剂;从电气性能参数角度分析,防护效果为 H2,H3>H1>无缓蚀剂。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance to study the protective effect of the corrosion inhibitor on PCB in a specific environmentfor revealing the corrosion law of PCB under the protection of corrosion inhibitors, and strengthening the anti-corrosionmaintenance work of electronic equipment. The protective effect of three special corrosion inhibitors for electrical and elec.tronic equipment on PCB in a typical tropical marine atmosphere is studied by means of an atmospheric exposure test under shelter. By observing and comparing the surface corrosion morphology, EDS analysis and on-resistance test of samples withdifferent sampling periods, the protective performance of different corrosion inhibitors is ranked. From the perspective ofmacroscopic corrosion morphology, the protective effect is H2>H1, H3> No inhibitor; from the perspective of microscopic cor. rosion morphology and product composition, H3 has a better anti-corrosion effect than the other two inhibitors; according tothe analysis of electrical performance parameters, the protection effect is H2,H3>H1> No inhibitor.
