在双銷定位中用概率法确定最小间隙

TO DETERMINE THE MINIMUM CLEARANCE IN LOCATING WITH TWO PINS BY PROBABILITY METHOD

摘要: 在双销定位设计中,旣要保证定位的可行性,又要保证定位的准确度要求。本文先后按定位转角准确度要求和定位可行性要求,用槪率法分别导出菱形销与定位孔之间最小间隙的最大和最小尤许值的计算公式。实际选用的最小间隙值在此最大,最小值之间卽可满足工件定位设计的要求。

Abstract: In the design of wOrk-piece loading with two pins, it is necessary to guarantee not only the feasibility of locating, but also the required accuracy of locating, In this paper, the formulas for calculation of the maximum and minimum allowable values of the minimum clerance between the cylindrical surface of the rhombic pin and the locating hole, derived from the requirements of angular locating accuracy and locating feasibility respectively by probability method are:whereandwher eVIf the value of minimum clearance (J)x selected in actual design satisfies the following condition (J2)x min<(J2)x<(J2)x max it will fulfil the design requirement.
