摘要: 在假设产品寿命服从二参数威布尔分布条件下,用Monte-Carlo仿真研究用现场数据估计产品可靠寿命置信区间的方法。在对现有3种区间估计法比较分析的基础上提出了一种新的方法,-平滑正态纠偏百分点法,仿真结果表明此法有较好的统计特性,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract: Methods of estimating the confidence interval of productr eliability life using field dataare studied with the help of Monte - Carlo simulation technique. Based on the comparison betweenand analysis of three current interval estimation methods, ieper centile, substitution percentileand normal- biased percentile , a new method called splined normal- biased percentile is present -ed. Simulation result s show that the new method has better statistical character istics, which is of value to engineering application.
