摘要:

从现役飞机结构腐蚀损伤外场调研数据入手,对飞机结构主要材料 LY12 CZ的腐蚀特征量进行了统计分析。结果表明,给定时间下腐蚀损伤深度服从 Weibull分布;给定可靠度下,腐蚀深度 (d)随时间的变化符合 Sigmoid曲线规律;在较为恶劣环境下某型机内部件防腐涂层的有效期约为 2.5年。

Abstract:

The corrosion depth of LY12CZ aluminum alloy was obtained by investigation in the service condition. A statistical study of corrosion characteristic quantity (CCQ) for these aluminum alloys was carried out. The results show that the corrosion depth is in conformity with Weibull distribution in given time. Corrosion depth (dm) was fitted to Sigmoid function curve of the service time which included exposure to the environment and flying time. The period of validity of the anticorrosion layer is about 2.5 years in severe service environments.
