摘要: 提出了一种确定复合材料许用值的高精度小样本方法,该方法可以充分利用以往积累的经验和数据,并结合当前少量的试验就能对复合材料许用值进行预测。从而克服了由于复合材料性能分散性大,用现行方法确定其许用值所需试件个数多、试验经费昂贵的缺点。通过3种复合材料在拉、压、弯、剪4种受力状态下的5组对比试验表明:在精度相同的情况下,该方法可以比现行方法节省50%试件;而在试件数一定的条件下,它又能比现行方法大大提高预测精度。还给出了一种带缩放系数的F检验方法,进而解决了变异系数的检验问题。

Abstract: A high precision and small sample method for calculating composite allowables is given. It can combine the previous data with the current ones to predict the composite allowables. Thus, it has overcome the disadvantages of traditional methods caused by the large scatter of the composite materials, such as a great number of specimens and expensive test. Furthermore, a new method for F test with scaling factor is also put forward to solve the problem of variance coefficient test. Full use is made not only of the standard variance, but also of the variance coefficient. In this paper, the tension, compression, bending and shear experimental data for three kinds of advanced fiber reinforced composite materials have been used to the allowables calculation. It shows that fewer specimens (only about half) are required in this method and the result is more accurate for the same number of specimens by these contrast examples.
