      以完成高速动平衡试验并满足平衡判据要求的某涡轴发动机动力涡轮转子为研究对象,对影响转子平衡状态的2个因素(传动轴和输出轴之间的花键配合、支承输出轴组件和动力涡轮转子的2个支座之间的不对中)开展了系统的试验研究。研究结果表明:改变花键的配合状态或2个支座之间的不对中程度,由4个位移传感器实测的动力涡轮转子在临界转速和额定工作转速下的转子挠度经高速动平衡后均发生了明显变化,说明这2个因素对转子的平衡状态均有较大影响。
英文摘要:
      Taking the power turbine rotor of a turboshaft engine to finish high speed dynamic balance experiment and meet balance judgement criterions as the research object. Two factors influenced balance state were studied systematically, which include splines coordination between transmission shaft and output shaft and non-concentricity between two supporting blocks supported transmission shaft assembly and power turbine rotor. The research results show that the splines coordination state and the non-concentricity degree between two supporting blocks were changed, the dynamic deflections of rotor measured by 4 displacement transducers obviously changed after high speed dynamic balance at critical speed and rated speed. Therefore, the balance state of the rotor is significantly affected by the two factors.
