      数字孪生是21世纪诞生的一种技术体系和工作模式,目前已经在学术界、工业界和官方研究机构得到广泛研究和实践 应用。为了在航空发动机研制中准确运用数字孪生,就必须明确其定义及内涵。在前期通过文献统计分析得到数字孪生定义模 型的基础上,对不同研究视角下的典型定义进行分析、归纳,明确数字孪生的核心要素,以及不同要素的相互关系、在数字孪生中 的作用。以此得到面向复杂装备研制的数字孪生定义,并结合航空发动机研制的特定实践,将之具象化为航空发动机研制的数字 孪生定义。结果表明:面向航空发动机研制的数字孪生定义核心要素是发动机实体、孪生模型、数据和交互,数字孪生以航空发动 机实体为实现载体,以孪生模型为实现功能的核心,以数据和交互作为媒介和推动手段,最终达到提高航空发动机质量、保障航空 发动机运行的目的。
英文摘要:
      The digital twin is a technology system and working mode born in the 21st century, which has been widely studied and applied in academia, industry, and government research institutes. In order to apply digital twin accurately in the development of aeroengines, it is necessary to clarify the definition and connotations of digital twin. According to the definition model of digital twin based on the statistical literature analysis, the definitions from different research perspectives were analyzed and concluded. The core elements of the digital twin, as well as the interrelationships of different elements and their roles in the digital twin were clarified. In this way, the definition of the digital twin for complex equipment development was obtained, and the digital twin definition of aeroengine development was built as its realization combining the characteristics of aeroengine development. The results show that the aeroengine entity, the digital twin model, and the data and their interaction are core elements in the definition of an engine digital twin. The digital twin uses the aeroengine entity as the implementation carrier, the digital twin model as the core to achieve its functions, and the data and interaction as the medium and driving force, ultimately achieving the goal of improving aeroengine quality and ensuring aeroengine operation.
