      为了在切断通电线圈不能应用的场合实现对数据采集设备及时准确地控制,自行开发了基于振动幅值的机匣包容试验数据采集触发系统。通过对以往机匣包容试验采集得到的旋转轴振动数据进行研究,在叶轮爆裂瞬间旋转轴振动值出现较大程度的阶跃突变,利用旋转轴的振动信号作为触发源,前置变换器和位移振幅测量仪对振动信号数据加工处理,实现当振动超过设定阀值时,控制数据采集设备进行数据采集。经试验验证表明:该系统触发及时,可靠性高。

      In order to control the data acquisition equipment timely and accurately on the condition that the cut-off electricity coilcannot be applied, the data acquisition and triggering system of the casing containment test were developed based on vibration value. Thevibration data of rotation axis were studied by casing containment test in previous experiments, which show a large step change at theimpeller burst moment. Taking vibration signals of the rotation axis as trigger sources, the data were operated by forward converter andvibration-amplitude meter, then the data acquisition were obtained as the vibration values passed over the setting threshold. Experimentalvalidation shows that the system triggers timely and has high reliability.
