      针对磁悬浮轴承转子系统的时滞动力学与控制技术进行研究。基于原有磁悬浮轴承数学模型基础,将反馈回路上各环节时滞考虑在内,建立了5自由度系统机电耦合的动力学模型,并针对不确定有界时滞采用Lyapunov直接法给出了时滞相关镇定控制律的设计方法,以未考虑时滞所设计的PD控制器作为参照进行了仿真试验研究。结果表明:机电系统中的微小时滞会对高速转子系统的稳定性和动态性能产生较大影响,而所设计的控制器能有效地抑制时滞的负面效应,保证系统稳定运行。

      Aiming at investigating dynamics and control technology of magnetic bearing-rotor system with delayed feedback, a 5-DOF mechanical model was built based on original magnetic bearing-rotor mathematical model, in which time delay in every part of feedback loop was considered. A delay-dependent stabilized controller was proposed by direct Lyapunov method for uncertain bounded delay. The simulations were carried on by using both a PD controller without considering time delay and the controller proposed in this paper. The result show that small time delay has great influence on stability and dynamics of magnetic bearing systems, and the delay-dependent controller can inhibit negative effects and stabilize the time delay system.
