      为了满足航空发动机试验的需求,实现内场、外场、露天台试验数据的统一管理,根据航空发动机试验体系的实际情况 以及大数据的理念,采用现代测控技术、通讯技术、数据管理和分析技术等先进手段,解决了多数据源数据的采集与融合、多类型 试验数据即结构化与非结构化数据的综合管理、试验数据的快速处理分析等关键技术难题,建立了1个基于以太网的航空发动机 试验数据管理系统,实现了对试验数据的集中管理、有效共享、合理使用和安全存储。该数据管理系统已保障多种型号航空发动 机完成了试验,结果表明:该系统中试验数据的45%为结构化数据、55%为非结构化数据,同时提供给发动机故障诊断系统、健康 管理系统、试验信息管理系统等多个系统,具有适用性强、安全性高、易于管理等特点,可以满足试验数据管理的技术要求。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the demand of aeroengine test and realize the unified management of test data of in-door,out-door and field platform,according to the actual situation of aeroengine test system and the idea of big data,the key technical problems such as the collection and fusion of data from multi sources data,the comprehensive management of test data of structured and unstructured,the rapid processing and analysis of test data were solved by modern measurement and control technology,communication technology,data manage? ment and analysis technology,etc. A test data management system of aeroengine was established based on Ethernet to realize centralized management,efficient sharing,rational use and safe storage of test data. Various types aeroengine tests were completed by the guarantee of data management system. The results show that 45% of the test data in this system are structured data and 55% are unstructured data. At the same time,it is provided to engine fault diagnosis system,engine health management system,test information management system. It has the characteristics of strong applicability,high security and easy management,which can meet the technical requirements of test data management.
