某型涡扇发动机扰流板进气总压畸变研究

摘要: 在吊舱进口安装扰流板进行某型涡扇发动机进气总压畸变试验,得到了该型发动机若干状态下进气总压畸变的定量数据,研究了发动机进口总压分布的影响因素,讨论了发动机工况、扰流板相对深度对吊舱进气段总压恢复系数、发动机进口各畸变值的影响.同时基于试验数据结合计算流体力学(CFD)计算发动机进口稳态总压分布及畸变值,结果表明,计算与试验吻合较好.工作为该型发动机的扰流板空中畸变及逼喘试验及研究奠定了基础.Abstract: Total pressure distortion flow field test of a certain turbofan engine was conducted based on disturbed board installed in nacelle inlet,and the values about inlet total pressure distortion of the engine under some operating states were obtained.This paper focused on studying the influential factors to the total pressure distribution of engine inlet,and also discussed the influences of engine operating states and the relative depth of disturbed board on the inlet section total pressure recovery and engine inlet distortion indexes.Moreover,computational fluid dynamics(CFD) computation on steady total pressure distribution and circumferential steady total pressure distortion index was carried out based on test data,representing its agreement with the test.The studies in this paper have established a necessary basis for further distortion test and surge test in the air.
