喷管面积调节精度对某型涡扇发动机加力性能影响的数值仿真
Numerical Simulation of the Influence of Nozzle Area Control Accuracy on Turbofan Afterburning Performance

摘要: 应用考虑混合室、加力燃烧室、主燃烧室和外涵道容积效应和变几何通道、主燃烧室供油量和加力燃烧室供油量等控制因素的发动机动态过程的仿真模型,对某型变几何涡扇发动机接通加力动态过程进行了仿真计算,并研究了喷管临界面积调节精度对发动机过渡过程的影响,得到了与实验数据符合较好的结果。仿真模型与方法可为加力系统调节提供理论基础。Abstract: Numerical simulation was used to simulate the turbofan engine performance under afterburning condition.The volume effect of the mixer,afterburner,main combustor and fan duct as well as the variation of the nozzle area was considered.Based on the developed simulation model,the influence of nozzle critical area change on engine performance under afterburning condition was calculated.The results are consistent with the experimental data.The simulation model can lay an academic foundation for evaluating the effect of nozzle area control.
