具有中心进气外缘加热旋转盘的局部换热特性研究
AN INVESTIGATION ON LOCAL HEAT TRANSFER PERFORMANCE FOR RIM HEATED ROTATING DISK WITH CENTRAL AIR INFLOW

摘要: 实际的中心进气的气冷涡轮盘结构被简化成中心进气外缘加热的旋转盘模型, 以实验的方法研究了转速、冷气流量、盘面与静子的间隙和出气间隙对转盘表面局部换热特性的影响。转盘有效实验直径为360mm, 最大转速为3600r/min.实验结果表明:盘面的局部热流密度和对流换热系数呈“U”型分布;冷气流量加大, 盘面的换热系数提高;增加转速, 盘面外缘的换热加强。Abstract: An actual Gas-Turbine disk was simplified to a rim heated rotating disk with central air inflow.The effects of rotational Reynolds number, Re ,Mass flow coefficient C w ,gap ratio G and shrouded clearance ratio G s upon local heat transfer were experimentally studied.The disk diameter was 360mm and the maximum rotational speed was 3600 r/min.It was found that the distribution of the local heat flux on the disk surface was U-Shaped.The heat transfer could be enhanced by increasing mass flow coefficient and rotational Reynolds number.The effects of gap ratio and shrouded clearance ratio were small.
