中心进气转静盘腔的冷气流阻特性实验
Experimental study of flow friction characteristics for a rotor-stator system with centre inflow of cooling air

摘要: 采用实验的方法,对两种封严结构的中心进气转静系盘腔冷气流动阻力特性进行了研究.实验结果显示:阻力系数随间隙比和流量系数的增大而减小,随旋转雷诺数的增大而增大.在静止时,间隙比对阻力系数的影响要大于流量系数对它的影响;在旋转时,间隙比对阻力系数的影响要小于流量系数和旋转雷诺数对它的影响.Abstract: The friction characteristics of a rotor-stator system with centre inflow of cooling air for two sealing geometry were experimentally studied.The experimental results show that:the friction coefficient will decline with the increasing ratio of sealing clearance and mass flow coefficient,and increase with the rotating Reynolds number.For the stationary case,the ratio of sealing clearance affects the friction coefficient much obviously than the mass flow coefficient;for the rotating case,the ratio of sealing clearance affects the friction coefficient less obviously than the mass flow coefficient and the rotating Reynolds number.
