考虑热传导的微型离心压气机设计与数值分析
Design and numerical simulation of the effect of heat transfer on the micro centrifugal compressor performance

摘要: 为厘米级微型燃气轮机设计了一台直径为26 mm,设计转速为240 000 r/min,设计流量为30 g/s的微型离心压气机,并在壁面绝热条件和壁面等温传热两种条件下,运用CFX软件进行了数值模拟.结果表明,在同样的轴输入功的情况下,壁面等温传热条件下流量比绝热条件减小7.53%,总对总等熵效率降低约18.1%,总压比减小21.7%.在此基础上,考虑热传导对微型离心压气机进行了改进设计,CFX软件分析结果表明,改进后的设计满足微型燃机总体设计要求.Abstract: A micro centrifugal compressor was designed for centimeter-scale micro turbomachinery,which has a diameter of 26 mm,designed rotate speed of 240 000 r/min,and designed mass flow rate of 30 g/s.Three-dimensional numerical simulations under adiabatic and isothermal conditions of solid wall were performed by using the commercial CFD(computational fluid dynamics) software CFX.The results show that,as compared with adiabatic condition,the mass flow rate at the isothermal condition decreases 7.53%,total to total isentropic efficiency decreases about 18.1%,total pressure rate decreases 21.7% at the same shaft work input.Taking the effect of heat transfer into account,the micro centrifugal-flow compressor was redesigned.CFX simulation results show that the improved design satisfies the design requirement of the micro turbomachinery.
