V型稳定器表面集油的研究

摘要: 在涡轮风扇的加力燃烧室里,一部分未完全蒸发的油珠因惯性撞落在稳定器表面上形成油膜,对燃烧室的性能产生影响。本文以新的试验方法和计算方法研究了这一现象。 一、试验方法 试验装置如图1所示。在稳定器后缘有一V形档板,槽内铺有吸油材料。稳定器的安装端面焊有一空心钢管。当燃油撞击到稳定器壁面形成油膜后,由于惯性和气流剪切作用,油膜沿壁面运动,经收集档板全部流进槽内。当气流温度较高时,稳定器做成夹层,利用冷却水循环冷却壁面,使收集到的燃油不蒸发。Abstract: A new method for measuring the fuel capture on the surface of flameholder by means of V-shaped capture gutters is proposed. The relationship between fuel capture rate and individual parameters has been analysed. An empirical formula has been established. In the calculation, the concept of considering the edge of fuel droplet groups as reference trajectoryhas been set up. The fuel capture rate on the surface of V-gutter flameholder has been calculated and the results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
