基于遗传算法的火焰筒浮动瓦块热-结构耦合优化分析

Genetic algorithm model-based optimization for float-wall with thermal-structural coupled

  • 摘要: 以火焰筒浮动瓦块结构为研究对象,将遗传算法和“穷举搜索法”相结合,采用二步递进策略对浮动瓦块进行了热-结构耦合优化分析.首先利用遗传算法对瓦块结构中安装螺栓杆的位置变量进行优化;然后利用“穷举搜索法”对瓦块的厚度和螺栓杆直径进行优化.通过优化分析得到了结构性能更优的瓦块结构方案,使其最大应力比降低了22.77%.结果表明遗传算法和“穷举搜索法”相结合的优化方法应用在浮动瓦块的结构优化设计中是有效、合理的.
