基于遗传算法的火焰筒浮动瓦块热-结构耦合优化分析
Genetic algorithm model-based optimization for float-wall with thermal-structural coupled

摘要: 以火焰筒浮动瓦块结构为研究对象,将遗传算法和“穷举搜索法”相结合,采用二步递进策略对浮动瓦块进行了热-结构耦合优化分析.首先利用遗传算法对瓦块结构中安装螺栓杆的位置变量进行优化;然后利用“穷举搜索法”对瓦块的厚度和螺栓杆直径进行优化.通过优化分析得到了结构性能更优的瓦块结构方案,使其最大应力比降低了22.77%.结果表明遗传算法和“穷举搜索法”相结合的优化方法应用在浮动瓦块的结构优化设计中是有效、合理的.Abstract: Taking the float-wall as the object of study,combined genetic algorithm with exhaustive search,the thermal-structure coupling optimization of float-wall was researched by the way of two-step progression.Using genetic algorithm to carrying out install position optimization;then,using exhaustive search to optimize the thickness and the bolt diameter.A float-wall has more excellent capability was obtained;the stress index was decreased by 22.77%.The results show that the optimal technology applied in optimal design of float-wall is effective and reasonable.
