卫星推进系统真空充填过程数值仿真
Numerical simulation of the priming process of satellite propulsion system

摘要: 以一维管道瞬变流理论为基础, 利用特征线有限差分法, 建立空间推进系统部件流体动力学模型和液头充填的计算模型, 瞬变管流运动方程摩擦阻力采用平均摩擦损失模型和动态摩擦损失模型, 考虑溶入气体后管流声速的变化, 对某卫星推进系统管路充填过程进行计算.与实验结果对比表明:计算模型较好地描述了发动机充填过程中的管路水击和管流振荡现象, 可为其它推进系统管路充填流动瞬变特性分析提供指导.Abstract: An analytical model is developed using the water hammer and one-dimensional fluid transient theory.Based on the finite difference method of characteristics,the hydrokinetics models and model for the head of fluid are established.The average friction model and the frequency-dependent dynamic friction model are adopted to simulate the frictional resistance in the transient fluid equations.During the simulation of the priming process,the variation of sonic speed affected by the gas dissolved in the liquid is taken into account.The comparison with the experimental results shows: numerical models give reasonable descriptions for water hammer and flow oscillation,and could provide guidance for transient analysis of priming process in pipelines of other propulsion system.
