轴对称矢量喷管内流特性的数值模拟研究

摘要: 利用矢通量分裂有限体积格式和B-L湍流模型,采用TTM网格生成和局部网格加密技术,求解三维N-S方程,对轴对称矢量喷管的内流流场进行数值模拟,并将计算结果与模型试验结果进行了分析比较。研究结果表明,在矢量状态下,计算结果和试验结果相比,壁面静压分布的相对误差不大于13%,气动矢量角的相对误差不大于10%,推力系数的相对误差不大于2%,所开发的计算方法和计算程序可用于轴对称矢量喷管的工程设计。Abstract: The numerical simulation of static internal performance for an axisymmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle (AVEN) has been conducted with solving 3-D N-S equations by means of finite volume method with separation of vector flux and B-L turbulent model as well as technologies of TTM grids generation and compact local grids.The results of computation have been compared with that of scale model experiments.The investigation results indicated that during nozzle vectoring the relative tolerance of wall static pressure distribution is less than 13%,the relative tolerance of resultant vector angle is less than 10% and the relative tolerance of thrust coefficient is less than 2%.
