结构阻尼对发动机转子系统稳定性的影响

摘要: 根据航空发动机转子的结构特点,构建了考虑结构阻尼和挤压油膜阻尼力的转子动力学简化模型,分别采用Routh-Hurwitz判据和平衡点解预测追踪算法分析了转子系统的失稳门槛转速.结果表明:结构阻尼会导致转子系统在临界转速之上的某一转速范围内失稳,并且会降低由挤压油膜阻尼力引起的失稳门槛转速,使转子系统提前进入失稳状态.Abstract: According to the characteristics of the rotor system of a turbo-fan engine,a simplified rotor dynamic model with structural damping and squeezed film damping was constructed.Stability of the rotor system was analyzed by the Routh-Hurwitz criterion and the tracing method of the steady-state.The results show that the structural damping may cause the rotor system to be out of stability within a range of speed over the system's critical speed and may reduce the threshold speed for dynamic instability caused by the squeezed film damping.
