金属圆柱壳谐振陀螺的静电激励方法研究

摘要:
重点对静止状态谐振子的静电激励方法进行研究。理论上分析了采用单频激励和半频激励时由外加电压产生的静电驱动力之间的差别,根据理论分析结果,设计了不同的激励方法进行实验验证,并对实验结果进行了详细分析。

Abstract:
Focusing on the study of excitation method of resonator in static state,the differences between the electrostatic force generated by the applied voltage when using single frequency to excite and half frequency to excite are analyzed theoretically. Based on the analysis results,different excitation methods are designed and experiments are carried out as well,the results of which are analyzed in detail.
