为提高航空电整机产品装配线的生产效率,应对航电整机产品装配工艺复杂,批量小、品种多的特点, 应用精益生产理论对航电整机产品装配产线进行优化研究。本文以航电整机产品装配工艺为分析依据,以装配 工艺、空间占地、人员数量为约束条件,通过运用价值流分析定位产线改善目标;通过工时平衡分析和操作标 准化方法改进装配工艺;在改善工艺的基础上,通过建立物料传送线、设计流转料箱等方式,重新布局产线和 改进装配设备,使得产线产能提高60% 以上,对航电整机产品的现代化生产具有一定的推广价值。

At present, due to the fact that avionics product assembly is completed, small in bulk and varied in categories, the traditional manual avionics assembly line should be optimized to improve the production efficiency based on the lean production theory. A way has been found to improve the assembly process by the analysis of value flow, work hour balance, and process standardization, which is in accordance with the process of avionics products. The constraint condition includes assembly process, space occupation and number of personnel. At first, we find the improvement target of production line by using value stream analysis. In addition, assembly process is improved through time balance analysis and operation standardization. On the basis of improving the process, the production line is rearranged and the assembly equipment is improved by establishing material transfer line and designing circulation material box. In the end, the production efficiency of the production line increases by more than 60%. It will be helpful for the modern production of avionics products.
