新型力限三向FMD的设计

Design of a new-type three-dimensional FMD for force-limited studies

  • 摘要: 文章在单向力限研究和整星力限三向通用FMD(Force Measurement Device)设计的基础上,优化设计了新型力限三向专用FMD。利用有限元和振动试验对新设计的三向FMD进行了分析和调试,并利用该装置开展了某型号卫星承力筒的水平向力限控制试验。试验结果表明:新型力限三向FMD的刚度、强度以及测力范围和精度均满足卫星承力筒及类似结构的振动试验要求。

     

    Abstract: A special three-dimensional FMD (Force Measurement Device) is developed based on the study of the vertical force-limited control and the general three-dimensional FMDs. It is analyzed by the FEM and the vibration tests. Using the new three-dimensional FMD, a horizontal force-limited test is carried out for a certain satellite’s bearing cylinder. Test results show that the stiffness, strength, measuring range and accuracy of the new FMD can meet the requirement of vibration tests of the satellite of similar structures.
