某数字摄影测量系统精度量化评估方法

Measurement accuracy of a digital photogrammetric system evaluated by a quantified method

  • 摘要: 受到测量试验中被测目标尺寸及结构、控制场布局、测量网形等现场因素的影响,工业数字摄影测量系统的实际测试精度达不到理论精度。文章以V-STARS摄影测量系统为例,针对大型平面天线热变形测量需求,创新性地提出了线型测量精度和面型测量精度的指标,对摄影测量系统的实际测量精度进行了定量评估。测量结果表明,该测量系统的实际测量精度满足0.1 mm的测试精度要求。该精度标定方法可为各类型摄影测量系统的实际测量精度评价提供一种直观、可靠的手段。

     

    Abstract: The measurement accuracy of an industrial digital photogrammetric system cannot reach an ideal state because of the effect of the size and the structure of the object, the photogrammetric control field layout, the measuring net and other factors. This paper presents a quantified evaluation method for a digital photogrammetric system V-STARS, where the concepts of the line type measuring accuracy and the plane type measuring accuracy are used in a deformation measurement test for a large planar antenna. The results show that the actual measurement accuracy can meet the test requirement of 0.1 mm measurement accuracy. This method can be used for the quantified accuracy evaluation of the other types of digital photogrammetric systems.
