一种热沉调温的自动控制技术

Automatic control of the temperature of a heat sink

  • 摘要: 某热真空试验设备热沉调温系统采用开式沸腾系统,能够使热沉温度在一定范围内可调,为产品试验提供一定的交变温度环境。测控系统通过PLC对调温系统设备的测量与控制,实现对热沉调温。副热沉温度稳定度约为±5℃,单点温度稳定度在±3℃之内,基本满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: A heat sink in an open boiled refrigeration system, where temperature can be regulated automatically by PLC, provides a certain temperature field for the product tests in the space environment simulator. The heat sink’s temperature uniformity is about ±5 ℃, and the single point temperature stability is within ±3 ℃, which can meet the requirement in practice.
