等强度低损失阻尼凸肩的设计与应用

摘要: 针对航空发动机叶片阻尼凸肩的工作特点, 建立一种具有等强度、流线型凸肩型面的凸肩结构设计方法, 并将该方法成功的应用于某高转速风扇叶片阻尼凸肩的结构设计中.应用结果表明, 其设计方法工程实用性强, 设计的凸肩结构具有重量轻、凸肩流道光滑、气流损失小、可靠性高等特点.Abstract: In accordance with the working characteristics of damping shroud for aeroengine blade,a kind of design method for blade shroud featuring streamline airfoil and equal strength has been established,and successfully applied to the structure design of the high-rotating shrouded fan blade.The result demonstrated the practicability of this method,with which the shroud structure designed has the features of light weight,smooth flow path,small loss of airflow,and high reliability etc.
