      为探究某发动机棘轮离合器起动过程中棘爪断裂的原因,考虑了冲击载荷的动载荷系数影响,开展了棘爪受力分析、有 限元仿真分析,以及棘爪静力试验和抗冲击试验等研究工作,获得了棘爪在静载荷和冲击载荷作用下的破坏模式和破坏载荷,确 定了棘爪的强度储备。同时,在实测电机起动过程中发现了电流和扭矩变化规律:电流出现非常明显的突降和突升现象,电流从 突降到突升的过程非常短暂,棘轮与棘爪瞬间高速碰撞,是起动过程中产生较大冲击载荷的根源。综合分析结果表明:起动电机 在起动过程中因电流突降突升产生的较大冲击载荷超过了棘爪的实际承载能力,从而导致了棘爪的瞬时过载断裂。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the cause of the pawl fracture of a ratchet clutch during an engine start,the dynamic load coefficient of impact load was taken into account in the force analysis,finite element simulation analysis,and the static and impact test of the pawl. Failure mode and failure load of the pawl under static and impact loads were obtained,and the strength margin of the pawl was determined. At the same time,the variation patterns of electric current and torque in the process of motor starting were obtained through measurement: Sudden current drop and rise can be found,and the transient process from sudden drop to sudden rise is very short. The high-speed collision between the ratchet and the pawls was the root cause of the large impact load generated during the starting process. The comprehensive analysis shows that the reason for the pawl fracture is that the shock loads caused by the sudden drop and rise of the current during starting exceed the actual bearing capacity of the pawls,which lead to the instantaneous overload pawl fracture.
