摘要: 利用Voronoi随机几何模型来描述低密度开孔泡沫材料的内部微结构,并用有限元方法计算了低密度开孔泡沫材料的弹性模量。同时,讨论了泡沫材料相对密度和胞体支柱横截面形状对材料整体模量性质的影响。结果表明,相对密度小的开孔泡沫材料,其计算结果与经验公式吻合得很好。

Abstract: The micro-structure of low density open-cell foams can be modeled by Voronoi tessellation. By using this random geometric model, the modulus of low density open-cell foams is calculated. The influences of relative density and the shape of strut cross-section on the modulus are also discussed at the same time. The calculated results fit well with Gibson's semi-empirical model.
