In accordance with development tendency of the future warfare, it is necessary to develop a kind of long-range, intelligent and many-platform anti-ship missile. In this paper, the operational application process of the intelligent anti-ship missile was established, and the attack-defense operational process of the intelligent anti-ship missile by Petri net model was described.
