Abstract:
The resistant moment of the motional cables on the satellite turntable in the process of torsion may result in the abrasion and the fracture of the wire shield, and the stability of the moment would affect the accuracy of the control system. The resistant moment of the cable is tested and analyzed in this paper quantitatively, focusing on the influencing factors affecting this moment. The variations of the resistant moment under various working conditions areinvestigated, as well as the stability of the resistant moment in different states of motion. It is shown that the cable wiring design with a distributed thin wire harness can satisfy the satellite requirements, which provide an engineering approach of the cable wiring design forthe satellite turntable.
