The optimized design for improving flux uniformity of infrared lamp array

  • 摘要: 真空热试验中通常使用红外灯阵作为整星试验和太阳电池板试验的外热流模拟装置。文章从平面灯阵的研究出发,建立了使用红外灯阵作为外热流模拟装置时到达被加热面热流密度的计算模型,对影响热流密度均匀性的因素进行了分析,提出了红外灯阵优化设计方法,以提高热流模拟时卫星表面的热流密度均匀性。研究结论可以用于指导真空热试验所用红外灯阵的工装设计。

     

    Abstract: The infrared lamp array is usually used for simulating the external thermal flux in the test of spacecraft and solar array. A model is set up in this paper to calculate the flux uniformity on the spacecraft surface where the infrared lamp array is used for the flux simulation. Factors that affect the flux uniformity of a planar infrared lamp array are analyzed, and some methods of optimizing the design are proposed to improve the flux uniformity on the spacecraft surface. Those methods can provide guidance for the design of the infrared heating cage used in spacecraft vacuum thermal tests.
