航天器密封舱内真空测量技术改进

Improvement of the measurement system for the degree of vacuum in the sealed cabin of manned spacecraft

  • 摘要: 文章针对在空间环境模拟器水平舱进行人-船-服联合试验中出现的电容薄膜真空规测量偏差问题进行了分析,确定了真空测量系统所存在的问题是由于真空规使用方法不当,并对系统进行了针对性改造。改造后系统圆满地完成了人-船-服联合试验中的压力测量。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the measurement error of the capacitance film vacuum gauge in the combined astronaut-module-spacesuit test. It is shown that the error comes from the improper use of the gauges, and some improvement is accordingly suggested for the vacuum degree measurement system. The upgraded system is shown to be capable of fulfilling the combined astronaut-module-spacesuit test.
