Aiming at the problem of existing efficiency evaluation methods of submarine combat capability, not fully reflect.ing experts’evaluation information, an efficiency evaluation method based on Vague sets was presented. The weightedclose-degree between combined expert evaluating Vague sets and ideal combat capability Vague sets of submarine wasused to evaluate the efficiency evaluation value of submarine combat capability. On the aspect of experts’weights, in order to reflecting the difference of experts’evaluation, a close-degree weighting algorithm was adopted to obtain experts’ weight for every combat capability elements. A simulation example showed the effectiveness.
